HR Technology Conference 2008

Visit us at HR Tech!

HR Technology 2008 in Chicago October 15-17 is the biggest showcase of human resources technology in the world, and as usual Aruspex will be there this year. If you are in Chicago, be sure and come to visit us at booth 545!

Some of our highlights will be:

• “The What How and Why of Workforce Planning at Aetna” – Melissa Cummings of Aetna and Stacy Chapman of Aruspex explaining how Aetna uses Aruspex’s leading software and approach to plan for their future workforce

Special learning sessions at the Aruspex booth. Join other practitioners hearing Aruspex founders sharing practical techniques on kicking off your workforce planning initiative, workforce planning software, and how to lead your business through scenario planning and other techniques

Visit the Aruspex team and get an individual demonstration of CAPTure software!

We’re looking forward to seeing you there – it will be a great show. If you can’t attend HR Technology 2008 and you’d like to see our CAPTure Strategic Workforce Planning software anyway, just drop us a line and we’ll arrange a demonstration for you over the web – you won’t have to leave your desk!

Networking

The Learning Forum Workforce Planning Group

The Learning Forum, a member driven research and networking organization, provides ways for senior executives to communicate with each other about important topics such as HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Innovation and Sustainability.

One of the Learning Forum’s seven Executive Councils, the Workforce Planning Council focuses on workforce planning issues, such as the loss of critical knowledge, replacing an aging workforce, workforce globalization, and planning with contractors and consultants as part of your workforce.

The council is made up of senior HR executives with the responsibility to prepare their workforce for the future and includes representatives from companies such as CapitalOne, Kohler and Microsoft.

The next meeting will be held at CapitalOne on Wednesday, October 15. For more information, visit the Learning Forum.
